Covert Mercy Inc.
Compassionate Care. Professional Integrity. Enduring Hope.

Our Mission
Covert Mercy Inc. provides faith-friendly counseling and personal development services, professional crisis response, consultation, training, and educational resources.
Rooted in Christian faith and guided by sound psychological principles and professional integrity, our mission is to strengthen resilience, equip those who serve others, and offer practical hope in life's challenging circumstances.
Why Covert Mercy?
The name Covert Mercy grew out of our work supporting missionaries serving in sensitive regions of the world, where discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Today, our work extends into churches, communities, and the business world. Whether serving publicly or quietly behind the scenes, our commitment remains the same: to provide compassionate, competent care while respecting the dignity of those we serve.
How We Serve
Professional Crisis Response
Experienced crisis intervention, consultation, and training following critical incidents, workplace tragedies, natural disasters, and other disruptive events. Services are tailored to the needs and culture of each organization.
Counseling and Personal Growth
Drawing on decades of professional counseling experience, we offer a practical, solution-focused approach to helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. Our work emphasizes identifying strengths, developing effective strategies, strengthening relationships, and taking meaningful steps forward. While grounded in sound psychological principles, our approach is generally brief, collaborative, and focused on achievable goals.
Consultation, Seminars, and Training
We provide consultation, classes, seminars, and workshops for churches, ministry organizations, businesses, and community groups. Topics include depression, anxiety, stress management, resilience, spiritual first aid, crisis care, and leadership well-being. Programs are tailored to each audience, combining practical skills, sound psychological principles, and, when appropriate, biblical perspectives.
Publishing and Educational Resources
Books, training materials, and practical resources that integrate biblical wisdom, psychological insight, and everyday application.
