Real Friends

You need friends who love you, challenge you, and hold you accountable. Technology connects us, but it can’t replace face-to-face relationships. Research shows that close friendships are among the best ways to combat fear. Make time for people who support you.

Time

Change doesn’t happen overnight. Like a farmer planting corn, growth takes steps and seasons. Pray, do your part, and be patient. You may not see results right away, but steady work and trust in God will produce a harvest.

An optimistic outlook

This isn’t blind positivity. It’s believing your past doesn’t have to limit your future. Keep a forward-focused view: set goals, take risks, and trust that you can improve your life with effort and God’s help. Opportunities exist—especially where you live—and you can choose a better path.
